Thank you for supporting West Wellbeing through the purchase of our merchandise. As a registered charity, all proceeds from sales directly support our suicide prevention and mental health services. We aim to ensure you are happy with your purchase.
1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase or delivery
Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition
All original tags must be attached
Proof of purchase is required
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Exchanges (Size Changes)
If you require a different size:
Exchanges are subject to stock availability
Customers are responsible for return postage costs (unless the item is faulty)
We recommend contacting us first to confirm availability
3. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty:
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item
Provide a description and photo of the issue
We will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate
Return postage will be covered for confirmed faulty items
4. Non-Returnable Items

Items damaged after purchase
