West Wellbeing Merchandise (Hoodies & T-Shirts)

Thank you for supporting West Wellbeing through the purchase of our merchandise. As a registered charity, all proceeds from sales directly support our suicide prevention and mental health services. We aim to ensure you are happy with your purchase.

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase or delivery

Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition

All original tags must be attached

Proof of purchase is required

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Exchanges (Size Changes)

If you require a different size:

Exchanges are subject to stock availability

Customers are responsible for return postage costs (unless the item is faulty)

We recommend contacting us first to confirm availability

3. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty:

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item

Provide a description and photo of the issue

We will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate

Return postage will be covered for confirmed faulty items

4. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

Worn or washed items

Items damaged after purchase

Customised or personalised items (if applicable)

Items purchased at discounted clearance rates (unless faulty)

5. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days of receiving the returned item.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Original postage costs are non-refundable (unless the item is faulty)

We’ve set a minimum donation amount of £10 to help protect our platform and donors from fraudulent activity. Here’s why:

Scammers sometimes use stolen credit card details to perform “card testing” or “carding” attacks. This involves making very small transactions, typically under £10, to check if the card is active and works. These small amounts are less likely to trigger fraud alerts or suspicions from banks or cardholders.

By requiring a minimum donation of £10, we make it harder for scammers to exploit our platform while ensuring that your generous contributions go directly towards supporting our vital programs and services.

We often send out our newsletter with news and great offers. We will never disclose your data to third parties and you can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer free samples. As a retailer, we buy all magazines from their publishers at the regular trade price. However, you could contact the magazine’s publisher directly to ask if they can send you a free copy.

You can create a new account at the end of the order process or on the following page. You can view all of your orders and subscriptions in your customer account. You can also change your addresses and your password.

No, you don’t have to create an account. But there are a few advantages if you create an account.

  • Download invoices of your orders

No, we don’t have a physical store location at the moment. We accept only orders through our online shop and we’re shipping all orders with the Swiss Post Service. Please visit our shipping section for more details.
