Referrals
Referral forms collect only the contact information needed for review. Please do not submit clinical notes or case histories. Pending details are kept separately, encrypted at rest in fallback storage, deleted immediately after a decision, and scheduled to expire after 30 days. An accepted referral retains only the minimum operational and audit metadata.
Enquiries, shop and training
Contact and training forms collect the details needed to respond. Shop and training records retain fulfilment or completion information. Stripe processes card details on its hosted Checkout pages; West Wellbeing does not receive full card numbers.
Your shopping basket
An essential cookie remembers your basket on this browser for up to 30 days after an update. It holds product options, quantities and your delivery preference, not payment details. You can remove items at any time. Signing in does not move a basket between devices; an order is connected to your West account only if you are signed in when you start checkout.
Analytics and preferences
Optional analytics load only after consent. Theme and consent choices are stored locally in your browser. You can change the analytics choice using Cookie settings in the footer.
Maps and directions
Interactive maps load map tiles and fonts from OpenFreeMap as you scroll towards them. Your browser connects to that service to request the map; we do not send it referral details, account information or your device location. You can use the address and place links without using the map. “Get directions” opens Google Maps, which has its own privacy settings.
